摘要
文章针对30CrMo钢管冷拔性能要求,实验室对轧态30CrMo钢管进行了正火、退火热处理工艺研究,对比分析了不同热处理工艺后的金相组织与对应的力学性能。实验结果表明,试验钢正火热处理后的金相组织为贝氏体+铁素体珠光体,材料力学性能难以满足冷拔工艺要求;当采用退火热处理工艺后,材料的金相组织及力学性能均可满足用户冷拔工艺要求。
According to the requirements of 30CrMo steel pipe cold drawing performance,the 30CrMo steel pipe was normalized and annealed in the laboratory,of which the microstructure and mechanical properties were compared and analyzed after different heat treatment.The experimental results show that the microstructure of test steel after normalizing heat treatment is bainite + ferrite pearlite,and the mechanical properties of the material are hard to meet the requirements of cold drawing process.By using the annealing heat treatment process,both the microstructure and the mechanical properties of the material can meet the cold drawing process requirements.
