摘要
采用Multisim与Excel软件相结合的方法,分析二极管限幅器电路的理论公式和电路特性。由理想的反相放大器和二极管的导通特性,比较简单地推导出在不同门限电压下输入信号与输出信号之间的关系。利用Excel软件,将公式计算结果以数据和图表形式输出,并利用Multisim软件对限幅器电路的实际特性进行动态仿真。最后将理论分析、模拟计算和动态仿真的结果加以分析比较,以提高学生的理解和实际设计能力。
Using Multisim and Excel software,this article analyzes the theoretical formula and the circuit characteristics of diode limiter circuit.By ideal inverting amplifier and diode conduction characteristics,it is relatively simple to derive the relationship between the input signal and output signal in different threshold voltages.By using Excel software,the calculating results can be output in form of data and chart,and the use of Multisim software can simulate dynamically the actual characteristics of the limiter circuit.Finally,the theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and dynamic simulation results are analyzed and compared,to improve the students’ understanding and practical design.
