摘要
挤压力的确定对挤压机吨位设计至关重要。但影响挤压力因素众多,极易造成计算结果不准确,且计算过程公式繁琐,重复计算工作量大。在现有挤压力通用计算公式的基础上,考虑挤压机工程实际运行状况,从工程角度推导出变形抗力确定方法及挤压力计算公式;基于Matlab的GUI人机交互软件开发工具包,依据推导出的计算公式,自主开发了挤压力计算软件,最后以计算某规格6061铝合金型材挤压力为计算实例,说明软件计算过程及结果。
The determination of extrusion force of extrusion machine is vital for the tonnage design of ex- trusion machine. The influence factors of the extrusion force are too many to cause inaccurate calculation result. Also the calculation formula is complicated and the repetitive computation workload is large for the designer. On the basis of existing extrusion force calculation formula, by considering extrusion machine engineering actual operating condition, the determining methods of deformation resistance and the calculating formula of extrusion force have been derived from the view of engineering. The calculation software of extrusion force has been independently developed on the basis of Matlab GUI software development kit and the deduced calculation formula. Finally taking the calculation of extrusion force for certain standard 6061 aluminum alloy profiles as an example, the calculation process and result of software have been stated.
