三维骨组织工程复合体修复兔股骨头坏死的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 股骨头坏死(femoral head necrosis,FHN)是由于多种因素破坏了股骨头血供致骨组织坏死。早中期干预治疗能够延缓病情的发展,治疗多以保头治疗为主,如髓芯减压、带血管骨移植、羟基磷灰石棒植入等,但仍存在一些问题,如外源骨组织不足、坏死区骨修复缓慢等问题[1-4]。近年来随着骨组织工程的兴起,对骨缺损区修复的研究受到广泛重视,种子细胞、
