摘要
人文社会科学因其自身的独特性质,在对其进行评价时更显复杂。国内外学者围绕高校人文社会科学教师科研评价问题进行了大量研究,试图探寻高校人文社会科学教师科研评价的合理路径。梳理近二十年来国内外学者关于高校人文社会科学教师科研评价的理论、当前评价体系存在的问题以及改进举措等相关研究成果,归纳已有研究的贡献及不足,并在此基础上提出应将人文科学与社会科学分别加以探讨,根据其各自的特殊性,建立高校人文科学、社会科学的教师科研评价体系的主张,旨在富于客观性、科学性及针对性地评价高校人文科学、社会科学的教师科研成果,进而有效地发挥教师科研评价的作用。
The unique nature of humanities and social science makes it more complex to evaluate. Foreign and domestic scholars have carried out a lot of researches on scientific research evaluation for university teachers of humanities and social science,trying to explore a reasonable path for the scientific research evaluation. This study reviews overseas and domestic researches on scientific research evaluation for university teachers of humanities and social science in 20 years,including theories,problems in the current evaluation system,and related measures,etc. By analyzing contributions and limitations in the above studies,it suggests that humanities and social science should be discussed respectively by establishing separate evaluation system for the two according to their own characteristics in order to carry out the evaluation objectively,scientifically and effectively.
