摘要
采用燃烧室药条法、密闭容器法和密闭弹燃烧法收集NEPE推进剂凝相燃烧产物(CCP),研究了收集方法对CCP粒度分布、表面形态及元素组成的影响。结果表明,3种收集方法所得CCP的D43、D50和W≥100μm大小关系:燃烧室药条法>密闭弹燃烧法>密闭容器法。密闭容器法收集的产物颗粒表面粗糙,含C元素和其他杂质元素多,可能与其颗粒冷却方式有关;燃烧室药条法和密闭弹燃烧法得到的产物颗粒表面光滑,含C元素和其他杂质元素少。
Condensed combustion products(CCP) of NEPE propellant were collected by three different collection methods.The collection methods include strand burner(using propellant strip),sealed container and closed bomb method.Effects of the collection methods on the particle size distributions,surface morphologies and the surface elemental compositions of CCP were studied.The relationships of D43,D50 and W≥100 μmof CCP obtained by the three collection methods could be found.The values obtained by strand burner method are the highest,while values obtained by sealed container method are the lowest.The surface of CCP obtained by sealed container method is rough with a higher content of C and other elements,which might relate to its cooling mode.Meanwhile,the surface of CCP collected by the other two methods is smooth with a lower content of C and other elements.
