摘要
目的探讨专科敏感质量监测指标中降低手术压疮发生率的有效性。方法选取我院2015年4月~8月收治的100例手术患者作为对照组,采用传统方法预防手术压疮;选取2016年4月~8月收治的100例手术患者作为观察组,采用敏感质量监测指标方式预防手术压疮。比较两组压疮预防效果及满意度的差异。结果观察组压疮发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过监测专科敏感质量指标可有效降低术中压疮发生率,杜绝安全隐患,提高护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of reducing the incidence of pressure ulcers by using sensitive quality indexes.Methods The surgery patients in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2015 were 100cases as control group,using the traditional method of prevention of postoperative pressure ulcers;100patients were selected from April 2016 to August2016were treated as the observation group,the sensitive quality index method to prevent pressure ulcer surgery,compared pressure ulcer prevention effect and satisfaction of two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Monitoring the sensitive quality indexes can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,put an end to security risks,improve nursing satisfaction,it is worth promoting.
