摘要
利用芒硝、脱硫石膏、水泥熟料等激发剂充分激发鞍钢水淬渣粉的胶凝活性,开发适用于鞍钢全尾砂的矿渣基胶凝材料。在鞍钢全尾砂物化特性分析的基础上,通过探索性正交试验与极差分析,初步获得满足矿山强度要求的胶凝材料配方。矿渣基充填胶凝材料的开发应用,不仅节约充填材料成本,而且可实现鞍钢铁矿的安全、低能耗开采。
With excitants such as mirabilite, flue gas desulfurizaiton gypsum and cement clinker sufficiently exciting cementitious activity of water-quenched slag of Ansteel, a slag-based cementing material suitable for Ansteel unsized tailings is developed. Based on the results of physicochemical property analysis of Ansteel undersized tailings and through exploratory orthogonal tests and range analysis, a cementing material formula that satisfies intensity requirements of the mine is preliminarily obtained. Development and application of the slag-based filling cementing materials not only saves the cost of filling materials but also can achieve the safe and low-energy mining of Ansteel iron mine.
