摘要
为了解浙江省太湖流域原生动物群落结构特征及水质状况,于2013年7月、10月及2014年1月、4月对该流域的原生动物及水体主要理化因子进行了调查分析.采用理化指标评价、种类组成、种群数量、优势种群、Margalef多样性指数和Shannon-Wiener多样性指数等参数,比较了流域中各不同水系不同季节的水质状况.结果表明:原生动物的丰度年均值为(1 997.19±1 323.23)ind./L;生物量年均值为(62.50±40.95)μg/L.各水系多样性指数d平均值在0.74~1.27之间,多样性指数H′平均值在0.52~0.83之间,多样性指数D平均值在0.71~1.61之间,多样性指数J′平均值在0.56~0.77之间.流域受污染程度的顺序为运河水系>合溪水系>东苕溪水系>西苕溪水系.
In order to understand the characteristics of protozoan community structure and water quality of Taihu Lake basin in Zhejiang Province, the protozoa as well as water physical and chemical factors were investigated in July 2013, October 2013 and January 2014, April 2014. Using the physical and chemical indicators, species composition, population, dominant populations, Margalef diversity index and Shannon Wiener diversity index and other parameters,the water quality of each river system in different seasons was compared. And the results showed thatthe annual average of protozoa abundance was (1 997.19±1 323.23) ind./L, the average of biomass was (62.5±40.95)μg/L. The average of diversity index d was between 0.74~ 1.27, the average of diversity index Hr was between 0.52~0.83, the average of diversity index D was between 0.71~1.61, the average of diversity index j' was between 0.56~0.77. The order of contaminated degree was J inghang River〉 H exi River〉East Tiaoxi River〉West Tiaoxi River.
