摘要
目的:观察枇杷清肺饮加减联合红蓝光照射治疗中、重度寻常性痤疮的疗效,并对其安全性进行评估。方法:将2014年1月-2015年12月在笔者科室进行治疗的120例中、重度寻常性痤疮患者纳入研究,随机分为试验组及对照组。对照组:给予红蓝光照射加0.1%阿达帕林凝胶外敷;试验组:在对照组治疗的基础上给予枇杷清肺饮加减汤剂口服治疗。疗程均4周。对治疗前后皮损情况及治疗效果进行统计,并对不良反应、安全性及复发情况做评价。结果:两组患者治疗后皮损程度均有所减轻,试验组减轻更为明显,且总有效率更高(92.7%vs 85.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后血常规、肝肾功及尿常规未见明显异常;两组患者不良反应发生率(32.7%vs 38.2%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月随访,试验组痤疮复发率稍高于对照组(29.2%vs 26.7%),但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在红蓝光照射加外敷用药基础上口服枇杷清肺饮治疗中、重度寻常性痤疮疗效佳,不良反应及复发率并无明显上升。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of loquat qingfei decoction combined with red and blue light irradiation in treating patients with middle or severe acne vulgarize. Methods 120 patients with middle or severe acne vulgarize treated in our hospital were included in this study, and divided into the experimental group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with red and blue light irradiation and 0.1% Adapalene gel, while the one in the experimental group were additionally administrated with loquat qingfei decoction, and the components were adjusted according to pathogenetic condition. The treatment course was 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect including skin lesion, side effects and relapse rate were evaluated. Results The skin lesion in both groups were all abbreviated, and the total response rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group（92.7% vs 85.5%）; the results of blood routine analysis, liver and kidney function and routine urine test were not significantly altered during the treatment; both group had same incidence rate of side effects（32.7% vs 38.2%）;the relapse rate in the experimental group was slightly higher than the control group（9.2% vs 26.7%）, but there are no significant difference between them. Conclusion Loquat qingfei decoction combined with red and blue light irradiation is very safe and effective in treating middle or severe acne vulgarize.
