摘要
正念是指全身心地关注当下的体验,对当下体验持一种非评判性的接受态度。正念包括了正念觉知和正念训练两大过程,因此,正念既是一种特质,也是一种技术手段。本文发现了国内外有关正念及其如何改变个体情绪状态等问题,总结出了涉及感知觉、注意力、情绪调节及情绪状态改变等多种信息加工为角度的心理机制,并指出了其研究前景和方向。
Mindfulness is a non-judgmental attitude that devotes attention to present experience. Mindfulness includes two processes called mindfulness perception and mindfulness training. Therefore, mindfulness is a trait and also a kind of technical means. From some relevant domestic and foreign study on mindfulness, the paper sums up how mindfulness has changed the individual emotional state and other issues. It puts forward a psychological mechanism based on multi-information processing involving perception, attention, emotion regulation and the change of emotional state, and points out its prospect and research direction.
