摘要
实践取向是当前我国教师教育课程建设的重要理念,既是克服当前教师教育课程实践性薄弱的客观要求,又是满足教师专业发展的本质要求。课程目标、内容、实施与评价是实践取向教师教育课程建设的四个关键因素,课程目标是核心导向,课程内容是关键载体,课程实施是重要保障,课程评价是重要内容。结合对当前实践取向教师教育课程发展现状的研究,课程建设应关注国外成熟经验的研究和引介、以教师专业素养为基础课程体系的构建以及实践取向教师教育课程的本土化建设。
Practical orientation is an important concept of curriculum construction of teacher education in China. It is not only the objective requirement to overcome the practical weakness of the current teacher education curriculum, but also the essential requirement to meet the professional development and professional development of teachers. Curriculum objectives, content, implementation and evaluation are four key factors in the construction of practice-oriented teacher education curriculum. Curriculum objectives is the core, curriculum content is the key carrier, curriculum implementation is an important guarantee, curriculum evaluation is an important content. The curriculum construction should pay attention to the research and introduction of foreign mature experience, the construction of the curriculum system based on the teacher professional quality and on the localization construction of practice-oriented teacher education curriculum in the course of the present practice-oriented teacher education curriculum development.
