摘要
以纳米 Ti O2 作为增强材料 ,制备纳米复合材料 ,研究了不同的纳米 Ti O2 含量对纳米复合材料性能的影响 ,采用透射电镜对纳米 Ti O2 粒子的分布进行了表征 ,采用正电子湮没技术 (PAL S) ,测试了自由体积的尺寸及浓度。结果表明 ,纳米粒子均匀分散于环氧树脂中 ,使环氧树脂的拉伸强度、拉伸模量、冲击强度得以提高 ;
The TiO2 nanocomposite was prepared by nanometer TiO2 and epoxy resin. The effect of the content of nanometer TiO2 on the properties of the epoxy nanocomposite was studied. The dispersion of TiO2 in the nanocomposite was observed with TEM. The data of the free volume were studied by the positron annihilation technique. As a result, the tensile strength, tensile modulus, impact strength and the free volume length of the epoxy resin were increased because of the even dispersion of nanometer TiO2.
