摘要
本文研究了香豆素-3-甲酸乙酯的合成方法,对反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量及反应物配比等进行了优化,并合成了香豆素-3-甲酸乙酯,对其结构进行了表征,最后研究了不同极性溶剂对荧光发射光谱及紫外吸收光谱的影响。
In this paper,the synthetic method of coumarin -3-ethyl formate was studied, the reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage and ratio of reactants, etc were optimized, and the coumarin -3-ethyl formate was synthesized, its structure was characterized, finally the different polar solvents on fluorescence emission spectrum and ultraviolet absorption spectrum were studied.
