摘要
提出一种双锯片抛光机结构方案,可同时抛光两个锯片,从而提高了生产效率;并将原来的卧式结构改进为立式结构,从而减小占地面积。利用Pro/E三维软件建立其主动轴三维模型,并用ANSYS软件对主动轴进行了静力及振动分析,得到了应力分布图、结构变形图、前6阶振型图。分析结果表明:节点最大等效应力和节点最大位移均在规定范围之内,振动频率远大于振源频率,不会发生共振。实践表明:在此基础上研制的双锯片抛光机运行良好,满足企业实际需要。
A structure scheme of the double blades polishing machine was proposed which could be polish two saw blades at the same time, so the production efficiency was improved. The original horizontal structure was changed to vertical structure to reduce the cover area. The 3D model of the drive shaft was established by using Pro/E. The static and vibration analyses of the drive shaft were finished by using ANSYS software. The stress distribution, structural deformation, the first six order formation figures were obtained. The analysis results show that the node maximum equivalent stress and the maximal displacement are within the prescribed scope, the vibration frequency is greater than the vibration source frequency, resonance will not occurred. Practice shows that the double blade polishing machine runs well, meeting enterprise actual needs.
