摘要
对比了GB/T 4334—2008,ASTM A262—2013和ISO 3651—2—1998等五种不同晶间腐蚀试验标准在试样制备、敏化制度、弯曲参数和试验器皿等方面的差异性。结果表明,相比于美国标准和欧洲标准而言,国标对试样表面粗糙度的要求较高,敏化制度也较严苛;在弯曲参数方面,GB/T 4334—2008最为严苛,往往导致焊接接头试样出现冷弯裂纹;在试验器皿方面,建议采用GB/T 15260—1994所推荐的内冷式蛇形冷凝器作为沸腾硝酸试验的冷凝器。
Five different intergranular corrosion test standards, such as GB/T 4334, ASTM A262, ISO 3651, etc. , compared in the aspects of specimen preparation, sensitization system, bending parameters and test vessel. The results reveal that compared with American and European standards, Chinese standards are more strict with respect to surface roughness and sensitization treatment of specimens; GB/T 4334--2008 is the most stringent in terms of bending parameters, which often lead to the appearance of cold bending crack in the welded joint specimen; in the case of test vessel, coiled oval condenser mentioned in GB/T 15260 standard is proposed to be applied in the nitric acid intergranular corrosion test.
