摘要
通过高分辨质谱(分辨率70000)对人体尿液中常见5种毒品进行快速筛查测定,避免了复杂的前处理过程,通过比较其保留时间、质荷比、以及同位素丰度比,不需要对其进行二级扫描,即可进行准确的定性、定量分析。结果表明,5种毒品在0.5~20 ng/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数R2大于0.995,定量限为1.0μg/kg,回收率范围83.7%~101.5%;相对标准偏差小于10%。方法可用于尿液样品中常见毒品的快速确证检测。
A fast and easy method for the screening and quantification of 5 common abused drugs in urine by high-resolution mass spectrometry was developed.Full-scan mass spectrometry(MS) with high resolution and high accuracy(resolution of 70000) is used to avoid the pretreatment process.The qualitative and quantitative analysis can be completed by comparing the retention time,m/z(deviation 5 × 10^-6),and the isotopic abundance ratio(matching degree〉 90%) respectively.An additional MS/MS scan is not needed in this method.The results showed that 5 drugs showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.5 to 20 ng/mL,the correlation coefficient R^2〉 0.995.The limit of quantification of this method was 1.0 μg/kg.The average recoveries from spiked at the concentrations of1,2 and 5 μg/kg,ranged from 83.7% - 101.5%,the relative standard results werenot more than 10%.The method is simple,quickand applicable to confirm common abused drugs in urine.
