摘要
对教师进行综合评价是教育管理工作的一个重要任务,建立一套科学有效的评价机制对教育事业有着重要的意义。本文通过教师综合评价的5项指标:科研成果、教学质量、领导评价、同事评价、学生测评,利用层次分析法对各项指标进行定权,建立了教师综合评价模型,并创造性地将常用的ABCD 4个评价等级与Lsaaty的1~9标准相结合,进行实例分析并得到了预期的结果。运用层次分析法将人的主观判断进行客观量化,有效地防止了思维过程的严重不一致性,使综合评价更为公正合理。
Comprehensive evaluation of teachers is an important task in the management of education, and the establishment of a scientific and effective evaluation mechanism is important for education.There are five indexes in the comprehensive evaluation of teachers, including achievements in scientific research, quality of teaching, leaders' evaluation, colleagues' evaluation and students' evaluation.The paper establishes the comprehensive evaluation model by using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index.Then it makes the instance analysis combining ABCD four evaluation grades with1-9 standard of Lsaaty, and the expected results are obtained.By using the analytic hierarchy process, the subjective judgment of human being is quantified objectively, which can effectively prevent the inconsistency of the thinking process and make the comprehensive evaluation more reasonable.
