摘要
介绍了钢筋焊接网在我国高速铁路中的应用,研究了高速铁路中不同轨道结构形式的钢筋焊接网应用形式,并对钢筋焊接网的优势和经济性进行探讨。截至2015年12月,全国高铁运营里程1.9万km,其中应用CRB550钢筋焊接网的里程约8 000km,使用焊接网用量达到60万t左右。高铁和快铁轨枕使用CRB550钢筋桁架超过11 500km,用量60万t以上。工程实践证明钢筋焊接网技术应用在高速铁路中达到了设计要求,施工质量良好,经济效益明显。
The authors introduced the application of welded steel fabric in the high-speed railway,give a direction on how to use welded steel fabric in different tracks structure,given an analysis for using welded steel fabric in high-speed railway,and provide reference and economic analysis for welded steel fabric.By December 2015,there are 19 000 kilometers high-speed railway in China,in which there are 8 000 kilometers relate to welded steel fabric,used more than 600 000 tons of welded steel fabric. Engineering practice shows that welded steel fabric application in high speed railway has reached the design requirements,construction quality is good,the economic benefit is obvious.
