摘要
针对高寒动车组外风挡在冬季低温环境下存在缝隙的问题,从外风挡材料性能及制造公差等方面进行原因分析,并通过相应的结构改进及优化设计加以解决。试验情况表明,结构改进及优化设计后的外风挡能有效解决高寒动车组冬季运营过程存在的缝隙问题。
The problem of the frigid EMU outer windshield in winter operation is introduced,the reasons of gap formation are analyzed from materials and manufacture tolerance,corresponding improvement and optimization of the windowshield structure are put forward.Test result shows that the optimized structure of car windshield could effectively solve the gap problem that frequently happened in winter operation of alpine EMU.
