摘要
针对目前EtherCAT通信网络中从站节点的数字IO应用需求问题,基于微处理器和ESC一体化的嵌入式EtherCAT从站,提出易于实现的工业数字IO扩展方案,并详细阐述了相关软件和硬件的设计过程。实验结果表明,从站与数字IO扩展模块结合的系统能够实现多路数字信号的实时采集和输出,达到了预期的设计要求。本设计对基于EtherCAT从站的应用开发也有一定的参考价值。
In order to solve the demand problem of digital IO application of slave station in current EtherCAT communication net- work , this paper proposes the easy-realizable industrial digital IO expansion plan based on the embedded EtherCAT slave station which realizes the integration of microprocessor and ESC, and explains the design process of relevant software and hardware in de- tail. The experimental result shows that this combined system of slave station and digital IO expansion module can realize the real- time collection and output of multiple digital signals and achieve the expectant design requirements.This design is worthy of refer- ence for application development based on EtherCAT slave station.
