摘要 为了合理选择沥青搅拌设备的一级除尘器,提高除尘器回收粉尘的使用性能,对旋风、百叶窗和蜗壳三种不同形式除尘器的工作原理和特点进行了分析。在工地现场对3台4000型搅拌设备进行了回收粉试验,通过试验得出了一级除尘器回收粉尘的粒径、亲水系数、塑性指数等指标的数值大小,并首次给出了回收粉尘的总平均粒径范围,为一级除尘器的设计、选型提供参考依据。 In order to reasonably select the primary dust collector of asphalt mixing plant and improve the dust recovery performance, the working principle and characteristics of the cyclone, the louver and the volute forms of dust collectors were analyzed. Tests on recycled powder were conducted on three 4000-type asphalt mixing plants on the site, and the particle size, hydrophilic coefficient and plasticity index of the dust recovered by the primary dust collector were obtained. And the average range of the particle size was given for the first time, providing reference for the design and selection of primary dust collector.
