摘要
通过对西安煤矿机械有限公司EBZ260型悬臂式掘进机进行分析,提出了实现机组定位自动截割功能的软硬件改造方案。解决了常规掘进作业效率低下、安全性差等问题,经厂内试验,效果良好。
Through to analysis on EBZ260 cantilever roadheader which was made by Xi＇an Coal Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward the improvement scheme of hardware and software to achieve positioning automatic cutting function.It solves the problem of low efficiency and poor job security in the routine operations.The factory check out report shows that the effect is good.
