摘要
针对喷嘴射流与旋转水斗时空非定常流动关系进行研究,将二维"动画解析法"完善至三维空间,旨在更准确地追及射流干涉的影响。分析了射入当前水斗入射射流分支的几何结构以及偏离射流分支的后缘面,三维可视化描述了自由射流和旋转水斗的复杂非定常流动,得到了自由射流与旋转水斗之间非定常流动的相互作用关系,进而提出了动态水斗切入射流做瞬态复杂运动时,射流及水斗背面发生干涉现象的机理。分析结果表明,干涉引起水轮机性能变化正比于单位转速、射流膨胀率的增加,单位转速变化对于水斗干涉的影响要远大于射流直径膨胀变化带来的影响。
The unsteady flow relationship between injection jet and rotating buckets is studied in order to more accurately investigate the jet interference effects through improving the cartoon analysis method from 2D to 3D. The geometry of the impinging branch landed on relevant bucket surface and the deflected branch toward the preceding bucket are numerically analyzed, and the complex unsteady flow between free jet and rotating buckets are described with visualized 3D image. The interaction relationship between free jet and rotating buckets is obtained, and then the mechanism of interference phenomenon between free jet and rotating bucket with the transient complex movement when the dynamic bucket cutting into the free jet is proposed. The analysis results show that the performance change of turbine caused by the interference is proportional to the increase of unit speed and jet expansion, the interference caused by unit speed is much greater than that by free jet expansion.
