摘要
省属高校科技创新在地方经济社会发展中具有重要的作用,但省属高校科研机构的运行机制还存在制约科技创新的诸多因素。文章以吉林省省属高校科技创新现状为研究对象,提出改革省属高校科研机构,建立多学科交叉、全开放组织模式的运行机制,以提升省属高校科技创新水平。
The science and technology innovation of provincial colleges and universities plays an important role in the local economic and social development,but many factors restricting innovation still exit in the operational mechanism of the scientific research institutions of provincial colleges and universities.The paper takes the science and technology innovation situations of Jilin provincial colleges and universities as the research object,puts forward the reform of scientific research institutions and establishes interdisciplinary open operation mechanism of the organization model in order to enhance science and technology innovation level of the provincial colleges and universities.
