摘要
目的探讨案例教学结合健康宣教在全科医生妇产科临床教学的效果。方法对全科医学临床实习的学生应用案例教学方法,同时扩展妇产科常用的健康宣教内容。以问卷调查的方式了解教学效果。结果 86.1%的学生对案例教学的方式及扩展临床健康宣教内容满意。结论学生更容易接受案例教学方式,通过案例教学方法更容易掌握知识重点,对于增加的健康宣教内容更有助于尽快适应未来的临床工作。
Objective To explore the effect of case teaching combined with health education on the clinical teaching of gynecology and obstetrics in general practitioners. Methods The case teaching method was applied to the students in clinical practice of general practice, and the content of health education was also expanded in obstetrics and gynecology. The effectiveness of teaching was investigated by the questionnaire. Results 86.1% of the students were satisfied with the way of case teaching and the expanded content of clinical health education. Conchlsion Students are more likely to accept case teaching methods. Through the case teaching method, students are easier to grasp the focusing knowledge, and the expanded content of health education will further help to adapt to future clinical work.
