校企合作模式下现代学徒制实践探索 被引量:15

摘要 现代学徒制人才培养模式是产教融合、推进工学结合的有效方法。高职教育校企合作深度不够,质量不高;政府和行业组织的作用亟待加强;高职院校师资力量较弱,不能有效吸引企业合作。现代学徒制培养模式注重提高学生的职业素养、实操能力,丰富学生实际工作经验,实现校企双赢。在养老服务业进行现代学徒制实践,能有效强化校企合作力度,促进产教融合,提高教学质量。职能部门应统筹规划,行业和企业积极合作,职业院校应注重内涵式发展。 The modern apprenticeship is effective for the integration of enterprises and schools. How- ever, the school-business cooperation is inefficient in the depth and quality. In addition, the roles of government and industrial organizations need clarification, and teaching staffs should strengthen their vocational properties. Modern apprenticeship is thought of as countermeasure to help students with vocational qualifications and practical ability, enrich their experiences and realize the win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises to its maximum.
