超细玻璃纤维纸复合材料的隔声性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 探讨几种超细玻璃纤维纸复合材料的隔声性能。测试了超细玻璃纤维纸及其复合材料的孔径、透气率和隔声性能,并分析了影响隔声性能的因素。研究表明:超细玻璃纤维纸的孔径和透气率随着体积质量的增加而逐渐减小,但隔声性能随之提高;声波的入射方向也影响着复合材料的隔声性能。认为:超细玻璃纤维纸具有隔声性能好、防火阻燃和使用寿命长等优点,应用范围广,是一种优质的隔声材料。 The sound insulation property of several superfine glass fiber paper composite materials were dis- cussed. The pore diameter, air permeability and sound insulation property of superfine glass fiber paper and its composite materials were tested. The parameters affecting sound insulation property were analyzed. The study showed that the pore diameter and air permeability of superfine glass fiber paper were gradually decreased as the increase of density while the sound insulation property was increased. The sound insulation property of composite materials were affected by incidence direction of sonic too. It is considered that the superfine glass fiber paper has better sound insulation property, fireproofing and flame resistance property, longer service life and so on. It is used widely and is an excellent sound insulation material.
