摘要 总结三维正交机织复合材料力学性能的研究现状与发展趋势。介绍了纱线截面对三维正交机织复合材料弹性模量的影响;阐述了三维正交机织复合材料几何结构的数值表征特点;总结了国内外三维正交机织复合材料的准静态力学性能和动态力学性能研究成果。认为:三维正交机织复合材料细观结构的分析已较为成熟,但应在所建模型中考虑实际的纱线状态;研究纱线与基体的界面性能也很重要,尚待加强相关研究。 The research status and development trend on three-dimensional orthogonality weaving composite material were summarized. The influence of yarn cross section on the elasticity modulus of three-dimensional or- thogonality weaving composite material was introduced. The numerical value characteristics for the geometric con- struction of three dimensional orthogonality weaving composite material were explained. The research achieve- ments on quasi static mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of three-dimensional orthogonality weaving composite material at home and abroad were summarized. It is considered that the analyses on micro- structure of three-dimensional orthogonality weaving composite material is mature. However, practical yarn condi- tion in the module established should be considered. The research of interfacial property on yarn and matrix is also important and should be strengthened.
