摘要
为研究日粮能量蛋白水平对罗曼鹅血液生化指标的影响,试验选用同日龄体重相近的4周龄罗曼鹅为试验对象,并分别饲喂4种不同的能量蛋白水平日粮,通过测定不同试验组鹅的血清生化指标,发现:(1)除血清总蛋白和谷草转氨酶外,其他血清蛋白指标均显著或极显著受日粮能量蛋白水平影响(P<0.05);除总蛋白和尿素氮外,其他血清蛋白指标均显著或极显著受日粮能量蛋白水平的交互影响。(2)日粮能量蛋白水平对罗曼鹅血清脂类生化指标影响显著(P<0.05),有随着能量升高而降低的趋势。(3)日粮能量水平对罗曼鹅血清激素指标影响显著(P<0.05),在低能量高蛋白水平时浓度较高;日粮蛋白水平对罗曼鹅血清激素指标无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:日粮能量水平显著或极显著影响血清中除总蛋白和谷草转氨酶外的其他生化指标(P<0.05),日粮蛋白水平对白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶和尿素氮指标有显著影响(P<0.05)。
To study the goose blood biochemical parameters as influenced by the energy and protein levelsof ration ,4-week-old roman geese having nearly the same body weight were divided into 4 groups and raised for4 weeks with different energy and protein levels of rations, and their blood biochemical indicators weredetermined. The experimental results were as follows: (1)The dietary energy and protein levels significantlyinfluenced the serum protein indexes ( P 〈 0.05 ) except total protein (TP) and glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(GOT), and had a significant interaction on the serum protein indexes except TP and blood urea nitrogen(BUN). (2)The dietary energy and protein levels significantly influenced the serum lipid biochemicalparameters which decreased with the energy level increasing ( P 〈 0. 05 ). ( 3 ) The dietary energy levelsignificantly influenced the serum hormone ( P 〈 0.05 ) whose concentration was relatively high when the dietaryenergy level was low and the dietary protein level was high, but the dietary protein level had not a significanteffect on the serum hormone (P 〉 0.05 ). It was concluded that the dietary energy level significantly influencedthe serum biochemical parameters ( P 〈 0.05 ) except for TP and GOT, and the dietary protein level had asignificant effect on the albumin, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and BUN (P 〈0.05).
