摘要
针对液压变压器的变压比范围小,提出了组合式配流盘技术。分析了采用组合式配流盘的液压变压器工作原理,建立了新型液压变压器的变压比解析模型,考虑了机械摩擦损失和黏性摩擦损失影响。分析了动盘摆角、摩擦损失、柱塞缸转速、恒压端压力对变压比特性的影响规律。结果表明,动盘摆角范围0°~150°对应的理想变压比范围约0~4,考虑摩擦损失时的变压比范围降为0~3.3,柱塞缸转速在变压比值较小时影响较大,随着变压比增大影响逐渐减小,恒压端压力对变压比影响很小。
To enlarge the range of the pressure ratio of the hydraulic transformer, the technology of combined valve plate is proposed. The working principle of the hydraulic transformer with the combined valve plate is discussed, and an analytical model of the ratio characteristic about the hydraulic transformer, considering the mechanical friction loss and viscous friction loss, is presented,. The effects of the swing angle of moving disk, friction loss, piston cylinder speed and the pressure of constant network on ratio characteristics are analyzed. The results show that the ideal ratio range is approximately 0 - 4, and reduces to 0 - 3.3 caused by friction loss when the swing angle is 0 -150°, and the effect of the piston cylinder speed on pressure ratio is obvious when the piston cylinder speed is small, then gradually decreases when pressure ratio increases, and the influence of the pressure of the constant network on pressure ratio is small.
