摘要
油砂作为非常规石油资源发展的重要领域,如何对其开发所引起的土地资源占用及影响、水资源消耗、尾矿及大气污染等环境问题做出有效预警,进而有针对性地控制生态环境风险因素,是油砂大规模产业化开发所面临的关键问题。文章在分析油砂开发对生态环境影响因素的基础上,总结提炼生态环境预警指标体系,运用主客观组合赋权法确定指标权重,为预警总指数及单指标分别设计预警区间,最终构建油砂开发环境预警模型,并通过实例验证该模型可对油砂开发生态环境的总体风险水平及其中突出问题的严重程度做出有效预警,有助于保障油砂开发与环境保护的协调发展。
There are great influences on eco-environment caused by exploitation of oil sands,which leads to water resources consumption,land resources destruction,waste discharge and air pollution problems.The main issue to accelerate the industrialization development of oil sand is to control eco-environment risk effectively.The key factors affecting environment during exploitation of oil sands are analyzed,and early-warning index system,index weight are also stated by environmental protection theory and mathematical method.Finally,an eco-environment early-warning model that could provide earlywarning information about overall and specific environmental problems respectively is developed to coordinate the development of oil sand exploitation and environmental protection.
