摘要
南宁万汇华府基坑施工中,针对多层地下水及防空洞的复杂条件,同步采用井点降水+钢板,局部辅助堵漏的施工方法,在短期内满足混凝土浇筑要求,节省了工期,保证了质量,并降低成本74 940元,该做法已获批广西自治区级工法,社会效益良好。
Considering the complex conditions of multi-layer groundwater and air-raid shelter during foundation pit construction of Nanning Wanhui Mansion project, well point dewatering technique and steel plate were synchronously used and auxiliary local blocking method was adopted to satisfy the short-term concrete pouring requirements, shorten the construction schedule and guarantee construction quality. RMB 74?940 construction cost was saved. This construction process has been granted as the municipal construction method of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, realizing favorable social benefits.
