自噬与炎症的关系及其在眼科疾病中的相关研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 作为普遍存在于真核生物细胞内的一种机制,细胞自噬能对内环境稳定进行自我维持,且在生长、发育、细胞自我保护等多种生理活动中发挥着重要的作用。而炎症反应的发生在很大程度上与细胞自噬有着密切关系。文章主要对自噬与炎症的相关作用进行综述,并对自噬与炎症在眼科疾病中的研究进行了分析,为临床上相关疾病的研究提供新的思路。 As a mechanism that widely exists in eukaryotic cells,autophagy sustains a stable internal cellular environment and plays an important role in many physiological activities such as growth,development and self-protection. The inflammatory reaction has close relationship with cell autophagy. This paper reviewed the association of autophagy with inflammation,and analyzed the researches on autophagy and inflammation in eye disorders,to provide a renewed view for further clinical researches on related diseases.
