摘要
针对目前不少高校的ERP实践教学体系仍存在和其实践教学需求目标不匹配以及不能体现专业背景差异性等问题,明确指出高校经管类专业ERP实践教学改革的必要性,并从ERP沙盘模拟实验、ERP软件上机实验以及ERP企业实训和仿真3个方面提出"三位一体"ERP实践教学体系,着重体现不同专业背景知识应用以及不同层次人才模式培养,更加注重ERP理论知识和应用实践的融会贯通,对于培养满足社会需求的ERP专业人才具有重要现实意义。
It is necessary to design and optimize ERP practical teaching system because there are so many problems that the requirement goals of ERP practice cannot be satisfied greatly and the difference of majors cannot be used to provide the reasonable schemes.Based on ERP simulation game,ERP software application,and ERP practice in enterprises,the novel ERP practical teaching system is set up to apply theories and knowledge of different fields and cultivate different talents for the enterprises.It is the most important to make better integration of ERP theories and practices in order to satisfy the requirements of social enterprises by applying the ERP practical teaching system.
