超声法提取栀子花中栀子黄色素的工艺 被引量:3

Extraction of Gardenia Yellow Pigment From Gardenia jasminoides by Ultrasonic Method

摘要 以栀子花为试材,利用超声法对栀子花中栀子黄色素的提取工艺进行了研究,确定了其最佳提取工艺条件。结果表明:栀子花中栀子黄色素的最佳超声提取条件,以70%乙醇水溶液为提取溶剂,料液比1∶5(g·mL^(-1)),超声提取功率50kHz,超声提取温度60℃,超声提取时间50min,在此条件下产品的色价82.18,OD值1.17。 Gardenia jasminoides was used as test material,the extraction process of gardenia yellow pigment from Gardenia jasminoides by using ultrasonic method was studied,and the optimum extraction conditions were determined.The results showed that,the optimum extraction conditions of gardenia yellow pigment from Gardenia jasminoides by using ultrasonic method were as followed,70% ethanol solution was the extraction solvent,and solid-liquid ratio 1∶5(g·mL^(-1)),ultrasonic extraction power 50 kHz,ultrasonic extraction temperature 60 ℃,ultrasonic extraction time 50 minutes,under these condition,the colour value of gardenia yellow pigment was 82.18,OD value was 1.17.
