摘要
文章阐述了加强高职院校学生待业心理素质培养的意义,分析了当前高职待业心理素质及其培养方面存在的问题,提出了完善大学生待业心理素质培养的理论体系、构建多元化大学生待业心理素质培养的服务模式、激发大学生待业心理素质培养的主体性等三个方面,有效培养高职院校学生待业心理素质。
The paper draws attention to the significance of strengthening vocational college students' psychology of unemployment. It points out the existing problems and then suggests that vocational college students' psychology of unemployment can be enhanced by building a more complete theoretical framework for unemployment psychology training, diversifying the service pattern and arousing students' subjectivity.
