摘要
根据编辑《中国医学伦理学》杂志的实践,总结出经验和体会——科技期刊青年编辑的学与做,即学专业知识,学编辑规范,做合格编辑。
Based on the practical of Chinese Medical Ethics,this paper summarizes the requirements of study and practice for young editors of sci-tech periodicals,i.e.,to learn professional knowledge,to learn editorial norms,and to be a qualified editor.
