摘要
目的总结子宫疤痕妊娠的临床诊治经验。方法收集本院2013年1月至2016年6月收治的剖宫产术后子宫疤痕妊娠患者28例的临床资料,分析其临床表现及治疗方法。结果 28例患者手术顺利,术中出血50~400 m L,住院时间13~24 d。无患者行全子宫切除术,未发生手术并发症。术后血β-HCG水平恢复至正常时间为10~40 d;术后2周复查B超均提示正常。术后月经恢复时间为21~50 d。结论子宫疤痕妊娠的早期诊断十分重要。对有剖宫产病史及流产征象的患者,应提高警惕。确诊为子宫疤痕妊娠后,应综合考虑多方面因素,采取个体化治疗方案。
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 28 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy from January 2013 to June 2016 were collected and the clinical features and treatment were analyzed. Results The surgery was uneventful for 28 patients, the intraoperative hemorrhage was 50-400 m L, and the hospital stay was 13-24 days. No patient had pan hysterectomy and no complication occurred. The time of serum β-HCG switched back was 10-40 days. Ultrasound showed normal 2 weeks after the operation. The time of menstruous restoration was 21-50 days after the operation. Conclusion Early detection of cesarean scar pregnancy is important.The patients with the history of cesarean section and abortion trend should be paid more attention to. After actually diagnosed with cesarean scar pregnancy, a systematic consideration and personalized treatment planning should be taken.
