摘要
针对单一煤层透气性低、预抽时间长且难以达标的问题,尝试采用密集顺层钻孔强化瓦斯抽采技术。利用数值模拟确定了煤层的有效抽采半径,分析了密集顺层钻孔技术强化抽采的机理。在现场进行了应用,抽采间距由5 m加密到2.5 m。经过最短11个月的抽采,试验工作面抽采达标,比采取普通顺层钻孔预抽时间缩短了12个月,大大地提高了生产效率。
To solve the problem of low permeability of single coal seam and long drainage time, using technology of concentrated boreholes the gas drainage. The numerical simulation is used to determined the effective gas drainage radius and the mechanism of concentrated boreholes is analyzed. The application is used in coal mine, the borehole distance is concentrated from 5 m to 2.5 m. After 11 months drainage , the gas drainage has reached the standards in the experimental working face, which is shortened about 12 months and the production efficiency is greatly raised.
