铜阳极泥加压酸浸脱除铜碲工艺研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用加压酸浸方法对铜阳极泥脱除铜、碲工艺开展研究。考察了反应总压、温度、时间及初始酸度对铜、碲脱除效果的影响。结果表明,在压力1.0 MPa、温度140℃、反应时间2h、初始酸度120g/L的较优条件下,铜脱除率达97.71%,碲脱除率达59.62%,金、银基本无损失。 Copper and tellurium were removed from copper anode slime by pressure acid leaching.The effects of pressure,temperature,leaching time,and initial acidity on copper and tellurium removal rate were investigated.The results show that copper removal rate is 97.71% and tellurium removal rate is59.62% with no loss of gold and silver under the optimum conditions including pressure of 1.0 MPa,temperature of 140 ℃,leaching time of 2h,and initial acidity of 120g/L.
