摘要
随着自然科学技术的快速发展,基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学等各种基于整体的研究不断出现并相互交叉。其中,代谢组学作为系统生物学的重要组成部分,是对生物样本中的小分子代谢物进行全面定性和定量分析的一门新兴学科,通过核磁共振、质谱、色谱或其联用技术,表征疾病所特有的代谢模式,以期更好地了解代谢物质的变化及规律。食管癌是一种和代谢密切相关的疾病,而目前的诊断方法不够灵敏或对身体造成损伤,故使用代谢组学方法寻找与食管癌相关的生物标志物具有很大的优势。
With the rapid development of the science and technology, several kinds of integrated research, like genom- ics, transcriptomics, proteomics and metabonomics, continue to appear and intercross with each other. Among them, metabo- nomics is an important part of systemic biology, which is a new field to analyze low molecular metabolites quantitatively and qualitatively that aims at comprehensive characterization of biological samples. By means of the detection of some common experimental approaches, such as nuclear magnetic resonance, mass spectrum, chromatogram or combined application, meta- bonomics not only indicates the typical metabolic model of disease, but also enables a better understanding of the metabolic variation and regular pattern. Esophageal cancer is a disease closely related with metabolism, and the current diagnostic methods are not sensitive enough or cause damage to the body, so the use of metabonomics to find the esophageal cancer associated biomarkers has great advantages.
