摘要
以松香、二乙烯三胺、3-氯-2-羟基丙烷磺酸钠和硫脲为原料,经酰胺化、季铵化和脱氨缩合3步反应合成了硫脲基松香咪唑啉季铵盐,并用红外和核磁对其结构进行了表征。采用失重法、动电位极化曲线、交流阻抗以及接触角测试分析了目标产物在质量分数为15%的盐酸溶液中对A3碳钢的缓蚀性能。采用AFM及XPS对产物的吸附膜进行了表征。结果表明:目标产物的缓蚀率随其质量分数的增加先增大后减小,当目标产物质量分数增至占盐酸质量的0.4%时,缓蚀率最高达到90.78%;该物质是一种阴极控制为主的混合型缓蚀剂;AFM及XPS结果证实,目标产物确实可以在碳钢表面形成缓蚀剂吸附膜。
The thiourea-based rosin imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized with rosin,diethylenetriamine,3-chlorinum-2-hydroxyl propane sulfonic acid sodium and thiourea as raw materials through three steps reaction of dehydration condensation,quaternary ammonium and ammonia condensation. Its structure was characterized by FTIR and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.And the corrosion performance of target product for A3 carbon steel in mass fraction of 15%hydrochloric acid solution was evaluated by static weight-loss method potentiodynamic polarization curve electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test and contact angle test. Meanwhile,the adsorption film of the product was characterized by atomic force microscope( AFM) and X-ray electron spectroscopy( XPS). The results show that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of the product increases first and then decreases with the increase of mass fraction of the product,and the highest inhibition efficiency reaches 90. 78% when the product mass is 0. 4% of hydrochloric acid mass. This product is a mixed type corrosion inhibitor dominated by cathode. AFM and XPS results show that the target product can form inhibitor adsorption film on the surface of carbon steel.
