摘要
目的:探讨经皮微创内固定治疗不稳定骨盆骨折的临床效果。方法:选取本院从2015年6月-2016年6月接收的不稳定型骨盆骨折患者40例作为此次研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与治疗组,每组各20例。对照组实施重建钢板内固定术治疗,治疗组实施经皮空心拉力螺钉微创内固定术治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗优良率是100%,无并发症发生;对照组治疗优良率是80.0%,并发症发生率是20.0%,治疗组治疗优良率与并发症发生率要显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者骨折愈合时间要显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:不稳定骨盆骨折患者应用经皮空心拉力螺钉微创内固定术治疗能够获得良好的临床效果,安全性高,能够明显缩短骨折愈合时间,值得临床大力推广。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation for unstable pelvic fractures.Method： 40 patients with unstable pelvis fractures in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research objects.All patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method, 20 cases in each group.Patients in control group were treated with reconstruction plate fixation, while treatment group was implemented of pereutaneous cannulated screws minimally invasive internal fixation, the clinical curative effects of two groups were compared,Result： In treatment group, excellent rate was 100%, complication rate was 0; in control group, excellent rate was 80.0%, complication rate was 20.0%, the excellent rate and complications rate of treatment group were significantly better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） .The fracture healing time of patients in treatment group was significantly shorter than the control group （ P.〈0.05 ） ,Conclusion： Patients with unstable pelvic fracture can obtain good clinical effect treated by percutaneous cannulated screw fixation of minimally invasive, high safety, can significantly shorten the healing time of fracture, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
