摘要
以商麦5226为材料,使用玉米秸秆水浸液进行处理,对小麦发芽率以及幼苗相关生理指标进行测定分析,研究不同浓度玉米秸秆水浸处理对商麦5226的化感作用。结果表明:玉米秸秆水浸液对商麦5226的生长具有明显的化感作用,在玉米秸秆水浸液浓度为0.04、0.07、0.10 g/m L时综合化感效应表现为全抑制作用(M=-1.023、-0.554、-1.268);在玉米秸秆水浸液浓度为0.01 g/m L时表现为促进作用(M=0.517),对小麦的生长发育有促进作用;0.10 mg/m L的玉米秸秆水浸液对商麦5226生长发育的化感抑制作用最大。玉米秸秆水浸液对商麦5226幼苗体内的丙二醛、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量的综合化感效应强弱依次为:0.10>0.04>0.07>0.01 g/m L。
The seeds of wheat variety Shangmai 5226 were treated with different concentrations of aqueous extracts from maize straw,the seed germination rate and the related physiological indexes of wheat seedlings were measured and analyzed,and the allelopathic effects of the aqueous extracts from maize straw on Shangmai 5226 were studied. The results showed that the aqueous extract from maize straw had an obvious allelopathic effect on the growth of Shangmai 5226. When the concentration of aqueous extract from maize straw was 0.04,0.07 or 0.10 g/m L,its integrated allelopathic effect on the growth and development of wheat all performed an inhibitory effect( M =-1. 023,-0. 554 and-1. 268). When the concentration of aqueous extract from maize straw was 0.01 g/m L,its integrated allelopathic effect was promoting effect( M = 0.517). The 0.10 mg/m L aqueous extract from maize straw had the strongest allelopathic inhibitory effect on the growth and development of Shangmai 5226. The integrated allelopathic effect of different concentrations of maize straw aqueous extracts on the MDA,soluble sugar and free proline content in Shangmai 5226 seedlings showed the following order: 0.10 0.04 0.07 0.01 g/m L.
