利用相变材料降低定频风冷式冰箱冷藏室内温度波动的研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着生活水平的提高,人们对食品的冷藏条件要求越来越高,其中冷藏环境的温度波是影响食品保鲜的重要因素,目前市面上比较高端的变频冰箱可以改善冷藏室的波动,但是变频冰箱的价格昂贵。适合大众消费的定频冰箱冷藏室内的温度波动较大,主要介绍了如何利用廉价的相变材料减小定频风冷式冰箱冷藏室内的温度波动,实验结果显示:添加相变材料后,冰箱冷藏室内的温度波动变小,且合理地调整相变材料的质量与位置时效果更好。 With the improvement of living standards, People's demands on the refrigerated conditions of food become higher and higher. Temperature fluctuation of cold storage environment is an important factor to affect the refreshment of food. Currently on the market the Refrigerator with inverter can reduce the fluctuations in the cold storage room, but the Refrigerator with inverter is expensive. The temperature fluctuation of the fixed frequency refrigerator which is Suitable for mass consumption is relatively large. This paper mainly introduces how to use the cheap phase change materials to reduce the temperature fluctuation of the fixed-frequency frost-free refrigerator. Experimental results show that after adding phase change materials, the temperature fluctuation in the refrigerator is smaller than the original,and the effect is better to adjust the quality and position of phase change materials reasonably.
