摘要
目的探讨正念减压疗法对护士人群压力及主观幸福感的影响。方法采用随机抽样法在各科室选取护士48人,行团体正念减压疗法干预6周,于干预前(T1)和干预后(T2)采用知觉压力量表(CPSS)和幸福感指数量表(IWB)评估护士的压力及主观幸福感水平。结果干预6周后,护士的压力水平与干预前相比显著下降,其主观幸福感水平显著增加(均P<0.01)。结论正念减压疗法适用于护士人群,能有效降低其知觉压力水平,提升主观幸福感。
Objective To explore the effects of mindfulness-based stress reduction on stress and objective happiness for nurses. Me- thods A total of 48 nurses were selected from different clinical departments via random sampling, then they received 6-weeks mind- fulness-based stress reduction, and their levels of stress and happiness were assessed using Chinese Perceived Stress Scale (CPSS) and Index of Well-Being (IWB) before and after the intervention. Results After 6-week intervention, the score of CPSS was signifi- cantly lower than that before the intervention, and the score of IWB was significantly higher than that before the intervention (P〈 0.01 for both). Conclusion Mindfulness-based stress reduction is suitable for nurses, it can effectively decrease their perceived stress, and improve their subjective happiness.
