摘要
人力资源成本是人力资源管理的重要内容。文章以Y物流企业为例,对其人力资源成本进行分析,主要包括人力资源取得成本、开发成本、实用成本、离职成本,并结合有关理论对其人力资源成本控制进行设计。
Human resource cost is an important part of human resource management.
