摘要
随着公安机关信息化的发展,数据共享和深化应用的需求日益增长,现有的公安数据管理和分析模式已不能适应实战的需求,大数据技术为新时期公安工作的应用和应对各种风险、挑战提供了全新的方法和手段,对公安工作有着深刻的重要意义。公安机关应通过大数据的建设,向各警种提供集中资源、集中管理、集中监控和配套实施统一的大数据应用环境,保障在今后一个较长时期内担负起对实战应用的支撑、服务、保障作用。阐述了警务大数据建设的重要性,介绍了大数据在警务工作中应用价值,指出了警务大数据应用与建设中存在的问题,提出了加强警务大数据应用与建设的建议。
With the development of the public security organ’s information, the demand of data sharing and deepening application is increasing, so the existing public security data management and analysis model can not adapt to the demand of actual combat. Big data, for the application of the public security work in the new period and coping with the challenge of all kinds of risk, provides the new method and means, and it has the profound significance to the public security work. Through the construction of big data, the public security or-gans should provide various launching pooling resources, centralized management, centralized monitoring and supporting the implementation of unified data application environment, to ensure the support for the practical application, service and guarantee in a longer period of time in the future. The authors expound the importance of the construction of public security big data, introduce the application value of big data in the public security work, point out the application and problems existing in the construction of public security big data, and put forward the countermeasures of strengthening the construction of public security big data and application.
