摘要
[目的]评价加味六味地黄汤联合八白散治疗肝肾不足型黄褐斑的临床疗效。[方法]采用随机数字表法将64例患者随机分为两组,即治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以加味六味地黄汤煎服,同时配合八白散外用治疗。对照组采用维生素C、维生素E口服及3%氢醒霜外用治疗。疗程12周,两组治疗前后进行黄褐斑面积和严重程度指数(MASI)评分及中医证候观察,评价临床疗效。[结果]两组治疗12周后MASI评分均降低,但治疗组MASI评分降低更明显,两组治疗前后MASI评分差值相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为89.6%,对照组有效率为66.7%,两组间有效率比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗12周后,治疗组中医证候评分明显降低,与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后中医证候评分无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]加味六味地黄汤联合八白散治疗肝肾不足型黄褐斑疗效满意。
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with Babai powder on treatment of chloasma due to liver and kidney deficiency. [Methods] Sixty four cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups by random number table. The treatment group was treated by Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with Babai powder,while the control group was treated by oral Vitamin C,vitamin E and coating 3% hydroquinone cream. After 12 weeks of treatment,the Melasma area severity index(MASI) score and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndromes of the two groups were evaluated. [Results] After 12 weeks of treatment,the MASI scores of two groups was decreased,but the treatment group was more significantly. Comparison of MASI score difference of two groups before and after treatment was significantly different(P0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 89.6%,and the control group was 66.7%. Efficiency comparison between two groups was significantly different(P〈0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly decreased,and comparison with before treatment was significantly different(P〈0.05). TCM syndrome score of the control group was not obviously decreased,and the difference was not significant(P〉0.05).[Conclusion] The efficacy of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang decoction combined with Babai powder on treatment of chloasma was satisfactory.
